It has been a wild week in the markets, but an even wilder week for Geo-politics. As I predicted months ago, Russia is in final preparations for an invasion into Ukraine. Attack helicopters, more artillery and logistical supplies are now moving into the border. As you can see on the picture below, Russia essentially can invade from any direction.

Here is a map of Russian forces in relation to Ukraine:

As I have discussed previously, I think Russia is attempting to extract concessions from the West while planning to invade regardless of how the talks with the United States play out. It seems as if Russia is stalling for time to make final preparations. However, with the US and UK sending troops and weapons into Ukraine, it seems as if Russia is running out of time to execute their invasion.
